During the 67th EDSA Spring Online Meeting that will take place between the 12th and 24th of April 2021, we will be organizing the Online General Assembly on the last day of the event. The General Assembly will take place on Saturday, 24th of April 2021 at 11 AM, and we will be electing the hosting city of the 69th EDSA Meeting in Spring 2022.
 

We are calling for any member country or association interested in hosting the 69th EDSA Meeting to submit their application following the procedure below:

  • Election of the EDSA Meeting is done by voting by the General Assembly

  • Each dental faculty wishing to host an EDSA Meeting has to submit all necessary documents (letter of support from the Dental Faculty's Dean, letter of motivation from Local Organizing Committee & Provisional budget) until 19th of April 2021

  • Each country applying to host an EDSA Summer Meeting should hold an EDSA full membership and have a dental  students' association supporting the application

  • A presentation of an estimated budget and programme should be presented to the General Assembly before the vote;
