Ukraine, a member country of EDSA, has been invaded by Russian troops. The situation is extremely worrying and serious, many families have been affected and are not feeling safe in their homes in Ukraine. We are worried about the safety, mental health and wellbeing of our students, as well as the effect of the conflict on their education and their future. 

We sincerely hope that the peace will be restored and none of the people will have to leave the safety of their homes, but for now we want to offer our help.

We are creating a DATABASE of people that are serious about offering a short-time accommodation (a room in your house for cohabitation,  an empty apartment, a holiday cottage, etc), for your fellow healthcare students in Ukraine that were forced to leave their homes. This is a call for dental students primarily from the surrounding countries of Ukraine, that want to offer their accommodation for the emergency stay. We understand that many non-governmental associations and governments are already offering help in this regard, but we believe that more personalised help, like staying at the fellow student's place might offer a different kind of support.

We already have a couple of serious accommodation offers, and we hope we will have more soon.
