Today, EDSA along with other the youth-led healthcare organisations call for the adoption of
the draft WHO resolution on oral health by the World Health Assembly. Oral diseases have
been neglected for too long, leading to suffering, reduced quality of life and severe impacts
on schooling and work for millions of people.
We call for action to be taken on oral health, the meaningful participation of youth in policy making processes and outline our priorities for the youth oral health agenda: 1/ Universal health coverage 2/ Climate change and planetary health 3/ Digital health and artificial intelligence 4/ Education and people
